How do you ensure safe shipping for glass bottles?
We use industry-leading, reinforced inflatable packaging and double-walled cardboard boxes specifically designed for transit to ensure your whisky arrives in perfect condition.
Do I need to be 18 to order from Whiskys.co.uk?
Yes. By law, you must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. We use age verification software at checkout and our couriers may request valid photo ID upon delivery.
What is your return policy for spirits?
You can return any unopened and sealed bottle within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the seal has been broken.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Please check our shipping page for updates regarding international delivery and customs regulations.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select the 'Gift' option and enter a personalized message which we will print on a high-quality card and include in the box.
